+ Partner with health solution business and analytics leaders globally and in key markets to identify and prioritize high-value workforce client analytics initiatives

+ Influence a comprehensive strategic vision and 2-5 years roadmap for health analytics capabilities and solutions

+ Build and lead an analytics team to deliver on the roadmap and vision and achieve measurable business results
