Ensure accurate accounting for acquisitions and earn-out structures in close cooperation with the International Consolidation team
Own and manage accounting related to the setup, structuring and funding of new holding companies supporting acquisitions
Manage cash accounting and expense postings across all holding companies within scope
Ensure that expenses are appropriately capitalised in line with accounting standards and internal policies
Oversee accounting for service companies supporting Acrisure's presence in the Lloyd's of London market
Collaborate with the International CFO and Corporate FP&A to support regular forecasting and planning of holding company expenses
Lead implementation and roll-out of corporate systems and tools (e.g. FloQast, Kyriba integration with Workday) to automate and streamline accounting and reporting processes
