Background:
 

The OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe in co-operation with the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment of Population in have identified key areas of co-operation for the upcoming years. Among those is to support the implementation of the Strategy for Regulating Migration Processes in Tajikistan . In , as one of the priority areas, the OSCE will facilitate capacity building, for the MoLMEP and its affiliate agencies staff through a three-day training course dedicated to strengthening ethical, transparent, and efficient labour migration governance. The training will enhance the capacity of state officials working on the oversight of the operation of Private Recruitment Agencies (PRA). The training shall include wide range of topics covering both safe migration and legislative norms and standards ensuring the protection of migrant rights across the migration cycle, both within and outside the country of origin.
