A well-established supplier of tiles, sanitaryware and related accessories is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join their Paarden Eiland branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting tiles, sanitaryware and related accessories, preparing quotations, processing sales orders and delivering exceptional customer service to retail, contractor and commercial clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist walk-in customers with product selection and sales enquiries
2. Provide professional advice on tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom accessories and related products
3. Prepare accurate quotations, invoices and sales orders
4. Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales
5. Maintain strong product knowledge of current ranges and trends
