In order to be considered the following is required:
Matric (Grade 12) essential
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
2–5 years' experience in internal sales, telesales or customer service within the FMCG industry
Experience working with retailers, wholesalers, distributors or key accounts preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Strong administrative and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
