Reason for need: brand new location
Seeking a board certified internal medicine or family medicine physician
Equal call shared nightly and weekends between all physicians
Full-time position
Outpatient primary care only
Concierge model - patients pay a monthly membership fee plus utilize their health insurance
Must have at least 3 years post training experience
Relationship based care
You'd be on phone call for your own patient panel four days a week (required)
Ability to see all ages or adults only
See 8-10 patients per day, as well as, respond to portal messages and phone calls
Work alongside 10 physicians
You'd have a dedicated nurse
Shared referral coordinator, as well...
