**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will help adult patients in our outpatient clinic receive comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis and management of common illnesses.

In this role, you will assume clinical responsibility for tasks performed within your scope of practice, collaborating with a physician/medical director. You will take patient histories, perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, establish diagnoses, provide care and management for common illnesses, facilitate disease prevention, make appropriate referrals, and participate in quality improvement programs.

To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with expertise in adult internal medicine, demonstrate exceptional clinical proficiency in patient assessment and management, and possess strong collaborative skills for working within a multidisciplinary ...
