Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmg-arizona) is actively seeking a highly patient-centric Academic, Ambulatory Internal Medicine Physician to support our Internal Medicine Residency Program in the East Valley. Our Internal Medicine Residency Program is led by a highly-experienced Program Director who has successfully established other residency programs and is the ACP-Arizona Governor

+ 100% outpatient
+ 40% Private Practice, 40% Clinical Precepting, 20% Teaching
+ Geriatrician (IM or FM) or Osteopathic Physician with OMT skills are preferred, however not required
+ Opportunity for academic appointment through Creighton University
+ Chance to practice in a state-of-the-art outpatient center
