This position is offered as either a voluntary or mandatory internship for 6 months.

• Responsibility for filling internship and working student positions
• Close collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition as well as our departments and hiring managers
• Screening applications and organizing and coordinating interviews
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
• Taking ownership of your own projects and actively contributing ideas to our recruiting and HR work

• Student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field, or already completed degree
• First experience in recruiting or in a dynamic work environment
• Interest in an open, relaxed, startup-like work environment
• Ability to conduct interviews in English
