Define your future at Hong Leong Bank. We are looking for Intern - Occupational Health, Safety which will support the Bank’s achievement of its OHS goals and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be reporting to Manager, Corporate Real Estate Operational Management.

Job Responsibilities

• OHS Documentation – Assist in maintaining the Occupational Health & Safety Management System documentation, ensuring it is up to date, documents controlled, records maintained and information communicated to stakeholders. These include risk & legal registers, TOR, Guidance Notes, Process Flow and periodical reporting.
• Data & Report Generation – Assist in collating data for analysis measurement of the Bank’s OHS performance. Ensure documents are filed and properly reviewed to ensure reporting is kept in accordance with the requirement.
