Job Responsibilities - Competent with operating property management system.
- Works closely with the respective team managers and other related departments to ensure guests’ requests are followed through.
- Handle various equipment.
- Perform administrative duties as requested.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Process guest requests and, if the request is not directly related to his/her area of capacity, the request must be owned and forwarded to the appropriate department.
- Attend scheduled departmental meetings and daily briefings as required.
- Contribute ideas to improving the operations of MICE - LBS.
