What you will do - Collaborate with engineers to conduct production shopfloor studies on automation, digitalization, and Smart Lean initiatives
- Analyze internal data and industry best practices to generate insights and support process improvement
- Support implementation of the Smart Lean Program pillars – Early Equipment Management (EEM), Autonomous Maintenance (AM), and Professional Maintenance (PM)
- Assist in reviewing, simplifying, and documenting methodologies (EEM/AM/PM), including step guides and URS documentation
