A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start‑up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve:

• Perform and assist in legal research as may be assigned by any of the Legal Counsels.
• Perform and assist in document reviews, data extraction, data entry and migration.
• Assist in all steps required for the completion and signing of all legal agreements, contracts, legal forms, statutory declarations, affidavits, board resolutions and/or any legal or company secretarial documentation.
• Assist the filing, scanning, organization, copying, saving and/or archiving of all such signed legal or company secretarial documentation.
• Assist to maintain and update the legal contract master list and corporate tracking list for all Teleport entities.
