Job Summary:
Under immediate supervision, performs basic clerical duties in accordance with established guidelines and procedures while gaining exposure to various careers and department functions throughout the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Uses computer based programs, copy machine, calculator and other related standard office equipment to type letters, reports, correspondence and forms.
+ Performs data entry to prepared spreadsheets, compiles and files records.
+ Answers telephone inquiries and delivers messages.
+ Sorts and delivers departmental mail.
+ Maintains and stocks department office supplies.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
