JOB DESCRIPTION-GRO INTERN

Liaises with Housekeeping and other related departments on daily operations.

Establishes a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationship.

Ensures that all VIPs, Word of Hyatt Members (GLOB above） and Target Program guests (Ctrip guests ,1st visit VIP account guests and TikTok guests are checked prior to the 

arrival of the guest for 100% readiness. This includes cleanliness, amenities and state of repair.
