Salary / Day Rate: £250–£300 per day (or £55k FTE) | 4–6 months
A growing SME in Gloucester is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to support the business through a key period of growth. This is a broad,mercially focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full finance function and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of month-end and management accounts

Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Business partnering with senior leadership

Managing transactional finance processes

Improving systems, controls, and reporting

About You:

Qualified or QBE (strong SME experience considered)

Previous experience in a standalone / SME environment

Proactive andfortable in a hands-on role
