Interim Senior Corporate M&A/Projects Counsel – January Start – 6+ months

Location: Southwest London or Suffolk. 5 days a week office attendance required.

Role: Senior legal consultant focused on corporate projects: infrastructure projects and corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investments. International scope.

Profile required:

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years PQE.
• Experience in corporate M&A or projects/infrastructure team within a prominent national law firm.
• In-house experience preferable but not essential.

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior.
