This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and investors, offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and influence strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of the finance function, including systems, reporting, FP&A, and controls
• Implement scalable processes to support growth and operational excellence
• Strengthen investor reporting, cash flow management, and board reporting
