            Responsibilities Prepare the schedule and oversee T&I activities as per project specifications and procedures. 
Manage subordinates’ staff in day-to-day activities to ensure project goals are met as per budget. 
Coordinate with several departments related to T&I of the project. 
Supervise the performance of the team and respond to issues during T&I. 
Attend project meetings and update the status. 
Liaise and review with T&I companies regarding transportation and installation process, approach and timelines to de-risk changes to schedule. 
Develop and drive logistics concepts for project from conception to completion. 
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related engineering disciplines. 
3-5 years’ experience in related fields. 
Knowledge of EPC projects for O&G, Offshore Renewables & systems. 
Proficient in MS Office applications.
