Description and Responsibilities
The Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment program is an evidence-based, wrap-around service model for individuals with a dual-diagnosis of a mental health and substance use disorder. The program works with individuals by providing individualized, community-based support from a highly integrated, multi-disciplinary team including a clinician, navigators, recovery coaching, supervisory staff, nursing, and psychiatry. Individuals are provided support through person-centered treatment plans in the settings where they are most comfortable, including the home or other community locations, with the goal of empowering individuals to explore the various pathways to recovery for both mental health and substance use.
