The Integrated Clinical Specialist in Infusion Therapy and Medication Management leads and advances the Infusion Therapy program, including vascular access device management and Medication Management programs. The role supports delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based care, provides expert nursing care, guidance and leadership in both infusion therapy and medication management, and shapes interprofessional best practices across the patient care continuum from birth through end‑of‑life.
Occasional travel throughout Ontario to support regional operations, attend meetings, site visits and other program activities. In‑office attendance is required at the Waterloo, Ontario location as directed. Candidates must be able to travel within the province and attend the Waterloo office when necessary.
