Primary: Director of Operations

Secondary: Vice President of Care Delivery

Locations: Alhambra (ALH), Citrus Heights (SJN), and Roseville (PLC)

Reports to: Center Manager and Director of Operations

Status: Full-Time, Regular

FLSA: Non-Exempt
