Key Responsibilities
Client & Caregiver Intake
- Manage high-volume incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Serve as the first point of contact for new client and caregiver inquiries
- Collect required documentation including identification, certifications, and onboarding forms
Onboarding & Compliance
- Process background checks and verify employment eligibility
- Request and track required signatures and documentation
- Review and audit files to ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
Data Management
- Create and maintain client and caregiver profiles within the agency’s software system
- Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date
