Primary role: To provide high quality solution-focused counselling and information support services telephonically to employees of our client companies. Provide evidence-based counselling support.
Qualifications
Minimum of Master's in Psychology or Counselling.
Active and Valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician. If your master's degree is counselling, you must hold a valid license to practice counselling.
Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework.
A person has to be willing to relocate to Malaysia; we will sponsor a working permit, but the person needs to bear their own relocation and accommodation.
Tagalog and English languages are essential.
Experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field preferable.
