About The Role:
The Investment Strategy & Consulting (IS&C) team within Baird Private Wealth Management (PWM) plays a key role in ensuring that Baird Financial Advisors have the tools and capabilities across our investment, liquidity, retirement plans, and insurance platforms necessary for delivering great outcomes for our clients. Strategically at Baird, we believe that delivering a great Wealth Management Experience for clients is built upon three pillars: Investment Consulting, Wealth Planning, and Relationship Management.

The Insurance Solutions Consultant will help execute on the risk-managed growth strategy of the insurance offerings used by clients of Baird as well as the broader insured solutions ecosystem within Private Wealth Management.
