Let's Talk Compensation:
+ The starting base compensation for this position is $17.45 to $31.48. For candidates located in New Jersey, the salary range is $21.55 to $31.48. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
+ This position is eligible to earn uncapped monthly bonuses, with average bonus pay of $565.00 per month



The ideal candidate will have:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
+ Call Center experience preferred
+ Active Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License required
