Through proactive communication with potential and existing clients you will grow the agency’s book of business, ensuring client needs are met with the highest standards of service.
This will include calling on lost business, unsold quotes and monoline business for account rounding.
This role is the face of our agency for existing customers as well as to agency prospects.
