            Facilitates the renewal of motor car insurance and other products and services 
Sends renewal notices to customers 90 days before the expiration date of the insurance policy 
Provides a monthly list of due accounts for renewal to Marketing Professionals (MP) and their respective Group Sales Managers 
Coordinates with designated MP on their respective insurance renewal request 
Prepares and encodes policy request 
Facilitates the request for insurance renewal quotation 
Reminds customers and makes follow-ups through calls and messages 
Provides updates and status of assigned accounts 
Sends the original copy of the insurance policy to financing companies 
Schedules policy delivery and collection of the premium 
Handles customer complaints and recommends countermeasures 
Assists customers in the Body and Paint claims and properly endorses them to the designated officer
