Christian & Small LLP is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney to join our growing Insurance practice in our Birmingham, AL office. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide coverage opinions on various insurance policies (CGL, professional liability, property, excess/umbrella, etc.)
• Handle insurance coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and coverage disputes in state and federal courts
• Defend and advise insurers in complex coverage matters
• Collaborate with the firm’s broader litigation team on insurance-related defense and commercial matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and coverage correspondence
