Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four‑year course, willing to learn, and passionate about automotives.
• Possesses good problem‑solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify, analyze, and investigate whether claims are covered by the policy.
• Ensure that all claims for inspection and evaluation are attended to within the specified turnaround time (TAT) set forth by the company.
• Collaborate with Adjusters and Processors to minimize and prevent fraudulent claims.
• Prepare and submit necessary recommendations to ensure a fair settlement is rendered.
• Review outstanding claims and losses.
