Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Insurance Advisor role based in Georgetown. The Insurance Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their protection and financial needs, and recommend suitable insurance and takaful solutions. Responsibilities include conducting needs‑based consultations, preparing quotations and proposals, and explaining product features, benefits, and terms in clear, customer‑friendly language. The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients, managing policy servicing requests, and providing support during claims processes. The Insurance Advisor will also contribute to sales activities, participate in outreach or promotional events, and keep up to date with product updates, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
