Key Responsibilities:
Learning Design and Curriculum Development:
Design and develop blended learning programmes, learning materials, assessments, and learner resources
Translate qualifications, unit standards, curriculum frameworks, and business requirements into engaging learning experiences Moodle and Digital Learning:
Build, configure, and maintain courses within Moodle LMS
Upload and manage digital learning content, assessments, completion tracking, certificates, and learner pathways Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Use AI tools to enhance curriculum development, content creation, and instructional design workflows
Review and update learning content to align with industry trends, emerging technologies, and workforce needs Collaboration:
Work closely with SMEs and internal stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and technical accuracy
