We are working with our client in the health insurance industry to locate an Instructional Designer to support a variety of enterprise learning initiatives across the organization. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop training solutions for new systems, business processes, operational changes, and organizational initiatives. This role will support multiple concurrent projects and requires someone who can quickly analyze needs, develop effective learning solutions, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
