**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoots system software.
+ Configures profiles and facilitates device set-up.
+ Initiates device operating system updates.
+ Performs audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes.
+ Performs work under general supervision.
+ Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

**Qualifications**

+ Active Secret security clearance.
+ Active DoD 8570 baseline IAT Level I certification (such as A+, Network+, CCNA- Security, SSCP, CND).
