THE ROLE
The Site Experience Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the success of event productions by coordinating the technical, personnel and organizational aspects of the Site Experience department while supporting and coordinating with the Project Managers and Director of Site Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Site Experience and Visual Communications department personnel with job functions as neededMaintain proper documentation of any drives, templates, SOPs, etcCreate and maintain inventory and maintenance logDistribute information to various stakeholders in a timely mannerPartner with the project manager to onboard appropriate number of staff while maintaining databases of informationMaintain regular communication with the Management teamManage travel accommodations through proper systemsAccurately and timely input all seasonal employee’s hours and respond ...
