Description

The Insights and Research Specialist provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Insights & Evidence Generation (I&EG) COE initiatives by executing tactical research activities, managing study operations, and enabling support with high quality data, documentation, and project coordination.

Key Skills Required

• Foundational understanding of qualitative and quantitative research concepts and methodologies
• Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data and translate findings into clear outputs
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, SPSS – exposure preferred)
• Advanced level of English; strong oral/written communication skills in English
