Roles & Responsibilities :
Execute outreach/outbound campaigns (cold calls & emails) and willing to work in APAC hours Understanding customers' needs, answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email Research and maintain the database of prospects - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers Acquire good industry & solution knowledge to overcome objections of prospective customers Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure Achieving targets as set out by the business Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information Desired Skills :
