- Contact and manage existing customers via phone, email, Line, or online meetings - Introduce and explain products or services to customers - Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on sales activities - Coordinate with internal departments such as Outside Sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams - Follow up on payment status and handle basic customer issues - Maintain and update customer and sales records in systems - Any tasks assigned by manager and management
