Job Requirements:
· Works under the direction of the General and Operations Manager
· Welcome incoming customer calls or customer walk-ins by answering questions and following up with product recommendations and price quotes
· Accurately enter customer orders, quotes, and product information into our system for timely customer fulfillment
· Make daily outbound calls to current customers, prospects, and target accounts to strengthen relationships and drive new revenue opportunities · Provide support to the outside sales team by communicating customer activity, qualifying prospects, and nurturing leads
· CRM Management – log activities, interactions, and customer information accurately (e.g., Sales Management Plus)
