Job Summary An opportunity to support sales operations of a specialised global distributor and stockist of electrical interconnection components for the aerospace and defence industry by managing customer quotations, orders, and relationships while contributing to revenue growth and service excellence.
Responsibilities - Manage the full sales cycle from quotation preparation to receipt of sales orders.
- Prepare clear, competitive, and compliant quotations aligned with customer requirements.
- Source suitable products and input supplier contractual pricing into the ERP system.
- Proactively propose alternative solutions and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Inform customers promptly of delivery delays impacting their supply chain.
- Escalate recurring customer issues to the Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
