Key Responsibilities:
- Using the propriety computer system to look up parts/ inventory
- Supporting the needs of walk-in customers
- Researching needs of customer to provide the correct parts
- Taking customer orders and following up in a timely manner
- Completing data entry
- Knowledge of mechanical side of the winch is a plus
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients able to listen and understand
- Self-motivation and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, a self-starter that stays focused on the job
