Synopsis
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Officer to join our commercial team. This role plays a critical part in driving early-stage sales activity, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and converting them into revenue-generating accounts.
Accountabilities
- Drive new business generation through outbound prospecting (calls, email, virtual channels)
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities and active accounts
- Manage a portfolio of low-touch B2B accounts, driving activation, engagement, and upsell
- Execute structured outreach campaigns across multiple lead sources (events, referrals, dormant accounts, web enquiries)
- Deliver against key KPIs including:
- Lead response time
- Conversion ratios
- Revenue per account
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate activity tracking and pipeline data
