Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage withprospects daily through a strategic mix of outbound calls and personalized emails.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential accounts-both current clients and new prospects-into sales opportunities.

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of LoopNet’s digital marketing solutions to clearly articulate value and align offerings with client goals.

  • Document all client interactions in the CRM with detailed notes to support seamless follow-up and collaboration across sales teams.

  • Travel into your assigned market a few times per year to meet with top clients and prospects, strengthen relationships, and gain market insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
