Respond to inquiries from IndiaMART and other platforms.Assist in building and maintaining client relationships.Understand customer needs and propose suitable packaging solutions.Support the sales team with presentations and product demos.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback and satisfaction. Qualification criteria:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Freshers or up to 1 of sales/customer service experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
