The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, the candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

What the role involves
Outreach to parents, schools, and gifting buyers via phone and WhatsApp
Collect feedback from the field and share it with the product and marketing team
Explaining our product clearly, following up on leads, and closing sales
Managing a CRM and maintaining a clean pipeline
Supporting B2B outreach to playschools, toy stores, and corporate gifting accounts

You're a good fit if you have
1 - 2+ years in inside sales or tele sales
Strong spoken English, Hindi and Kannada
Comfort with targets and a self-driven work style
Experience with CRM systems
