We are looking for a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join our team at our Dubai office, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in technical customer support. The ideal candidate should have a background in handling service and spares-related requests, technical evaluations, and managing customer interactions from quotation to order processing.
As part of our support function, you will be at the heart of our customer relationships, guiding clients from technical evaluation through to final delivery of critical spare parts. You will review service requests, create tailored quotations, manage communication with international teams, and ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience from start to finish.
