Inside Sales – Breadth Elite
Location: CL-Las Corden. Type: Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the assigned client portfolio by following up on orders and providing product information, delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth to meet company objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, product, and other business areas to meet sales quotas for the assigned clients.
- Answer direct client inquiries via email, phone, and corporate WhatsApp, ensuring satisfaction and sales efficiency.
- Make daily calls to clients who have not purchased within the month to offer current campaigns and address any requests (1-hour daily call window).
- Guide clients on products according to established guidelines and assist them with questions and problem-solving.
- Manage and track regular and special orders, ensuring agreed delivery dates and handling any incidents or errors.
