RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new business opportunity subscriptions with hotel owners and operators
Manage, retain, and develop client relationships growing data, CoStar product engagement and subscription value
Negotiate and renew client contracts
Product demos to on-board and educate existing and new clients of STR’s products
Accurately track all activities and client in formation in CoStar’s CRM.
Meet or exceed sales and activity targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in inside sales, telephone sales, business development or a similar customer‑facing role
Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility remotely
A consultative selling mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers solve business challenges
