This role will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, coordinating orders, maintaining the showroom, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Salary: R15 000 - R18 000 CTCMinimum requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales, sales coordination, or showroom-based role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com experience a bonus)

Comfortable with inventory or order management software-Cin7/DEAR experience advantageous

High attention to detail, data accuracy in reports and dashboards is non-negotiable
