As an Inside Account Manager, your primary goal is to retain existing accounts and grow revenue within those accounts. You'll serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs, delivering resolutions professionally while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that align with client needs.
We are looking for a customer-centric relationship builder with strong communication skills and business acumen who is ready to make a real impact. With support from Key Account and Regional teams, you'll act as an advocate for your clients within the company, coordinating with various departments to enhance the customer experience with FCM.
